Here Voucher means Journal vouchers and Journal transactions.General journal entries are made to record the financial transactions of the company. They are made in a double entry system, according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), where debits and credits are equal as you can see in below diagram. There transacions are posted in a simple work queue of Draft, Review and Post state. This workflow helps transactions process more securely and efficiently. All Journal entries are updated on at Post / Approval state.
